This position will sit in a team of around 20 technical leaders. Experience as a senior tech lead is required. The role will involve engaging in a variety of digital projects in the retail banking space. Key technologies include React & Angular, core Java, Spring boot/microservices development and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical leadership and solution designing
- Stakeholder management and business interaction
- Working with offshore teams
- Establishing best-practices for UI, cloud and fullstack development projects
Key Requirements
- Required: Previous development background across a range of technologies (Angular, core Java, AWS)
- Solution design experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience, previous roles working with offshore teams
- Strong digital background and ability to influence technical leaders
- Excellent communication skills
