About the business

About the role
This position particularly focuses on providing Level 3 Support to our major clients, including:
- Providing technical product and service support
- Analysing and develop solutions to new or unknown issues
- Documenting the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
- Undertaking technical training
- Participating in project management
The ideal candidate for the full-time position will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for development, and tinker with code for fun.

- Communication skills, oral & written
- Knowledge of SQL scripting (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Relational databases 101 (PK, FK, Indexes, Identity)
- GIS / geospatial
- Agile development methodology
- C#
- React, JavaScript, Typescript
- Automated testing
- Git or other source control systems
