The Role

We are looking for a QA star who will take full ownership of our testing framework and best practices. Your mission will be to support the product development team in managing dependencies and delivering robust software, always keeping customers in mind. You love to shake things up, challenge the status quo and continuously strive for better ways of getting things done. Your passion for high quality standards is infectious and you have a knack for helping developers become better testers.

You will be the QA resource within the Product Development team..

 Key responsibilities:

• Learn and understand our SaaS solution
• Advocate testing best practice and mentor team on testing strategies
• Be responsible for creation of automated tests and regression tests suites
• Carry out platform wide automated regression testing for major enhancements
• Carry out manual testing as well as checking for UX consistency and browser compatibility
• Work with different parts of the business and cross functional teams

You

You must be a proactive team player with excellent technical, communication and interpersonal skills. You must be customer focused, take accountability for your work and not be afraid to challenge the status quo.

The following skills and experience are required:

• 2+ years’ experience with automated testing for web applications
• Experience with multiple automated test tools (including selenium)
• Experience building regression test suites
• Working in agile/scrum based environments
• Test planning and ownership of test plans
• Experience in .net development environment
• Experience with UI, functional, performance and data driven testing
• Experience with Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence is highly regarded
