About the Role
We are currently seeking a Digital Advisory Consultant to join our highly successful business unit
As the Digital Advisory Consultant you will plan and deliver a range of digital advisory services across Oakton’s diverse client-base. You will be the trusted advisor, guiding innovation, developing business cases, defining digital strategies, planning business transformation journeys and advising on business architecture, systems and services. You will build strong client relationships based on high-quality delivery of work, and leverage these relationships to open up additional opportunities within Oakton’s client accounts.
As a Senior Advisory Consultant, you will possess:
- A diverse professional background that has equipped you with a unique perspective on information technology, and the hands-on skills required to apply that knowledge in a wide range of client engagements
- An understanding what digital means to customers in today’s marketplace
- An understanding of the nature of innovation with practical experience in techniques to assist clients in embracing and leveraging innovation, such as lean, design thinking and agile.
- The ability to advise on, define and communicate business architecture, gained through first-hand experience with a wide range of business models and industries
- An appreciation of why customer-centricity is a key principal to successful businesses, with the proven ability to put this into practice on client-engagements
- The motivation and discipline to plan and drive your own work, and that of a team.
- Emotional intelligence and judgement such that you know how to communicate and work effectively with senior client stakeholders, and your own colleagues.
- Creativity and imagination that supports your own professional evolution, and drives innovation in the methods and practices of your employer.
- The ability to build and maintain trust with our clients and the acumen to leverage that trust to the mutual benefit of all.
- Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and facilitation skills
