Our client is undergoing a truly top-to-bottom technology transformation that will ultimately improve the experience of all employees and customers. This $100M+ transformation at an iconic Australian organisation needs a Senior Project Manager to own and deliver the Document Management stream of the program. Currently at RFP stage, you will lead a team of Business Analysts, SMEs, a technical lead, a solution architect and others to deliver in-house and/or outsourced scanning, workflow and enterprise storage solutions that will be integrated into the new core platform architecture.
This program stream is considered one of the most critical streams with board level interest and impacts almost every part of the business.
To be a success in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- 7+ years' experience in Project Management
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods
- Must be able to demonstrate the successful delivery of multiple enterprise level IT projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience, both IT and business, to senior levels
- Experience in the delivery of enterprise-level document management and storage projects
- The maturity and experience to own the piece of work, reporting to a Program Manager
- A pragmatic approach to project delivery and ability to work with ambiguity
- A positive attitude when working under typical project pressures
This program of work is 9 months into its anticipated 2+ year delivery and is really hitting its straps. There is a very collaborative environment and an excitement about working on a giant transformation utilising some cutting edge technology. Although the role is not paying daily contractor rates, the work is very stable, long-term and will look great on the resume when next hitting the market. Depending on the suitability of the successful candidate the salary will be somewhere between $160K to $190K inclusive of super.
