What you will be doing...

Based in Sydney you will be working with our new and existing clients to deliver system consulting and training to their HR, Payroll and Operations Managers.

Our clients vary in size from 100 to 10,000 employees and are across multiple industries. Examples include hospitality, leisure, retail, stadiums, age care, to name a few.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver Humanforce system training to new clients and refresher / new module training to clients.
• Assist clients with software configuration to ensure best practice and to meet changing client's needs.
• Engage with sales teams, project managers, implementation consultants and support for larger and more complex clients –both in person and remotely.
• Clearly and effectively communicate with clients and manage their expectations.
• Identify potential training and consulting opportunities with clients.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Experience delivering training (technical or software applications).
• Exposure to software project management principles / methodologies.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and be confident to present and train small to medium size groups.
• The ability to work autonomously and have a high level of professionalism.
• Technical experience with WFM, Payroll or CRM software as well as MS SQL would be highly regarded.
• We will consider experienced users of Payroll and / or workforce management systems who would like to grow into a client facing role.

Travel

• Daily travel to deliver training and workshops. (Ave 3-4 days a week on client sites)
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• It is essential that all candidates hold a valid driver's licence and be a permanent residency in Australia.
