We are currently looking for a Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience with Cisco WaaS to join our ACT Professional Services team on a permanent basis.
Our Professional Services Engineers work across multiple projects and clients, designing, building, implementing and optimising complex network solutions.
You will have the following key areas of focus:
- Work across multiple projects and clients, designing, building, implementing and optimising complex network solutions around Cisco R&S, Data Centre networking and Wireless.
- Write detailed design and build documents
- Liaise with clients on complex networking issues and be available on-site if required
- Own and take responsibility for the delivery of our solutions
- Assure quality standards for a delivered solution or installation
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrable experience in implementation of WAN Optimisers - Cisco WaaS
- Core skills in Routing and Switching (Catalyst and Nexus 2k/5k/7k/9k)
- Wireless deployment experience (Cisco Meraki or Aruba) is highly regarded
- Load Balancing (F5 or Netscaler) experience
- Cisco ASI experience highly regarded
- Strong Dynamic Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) experience
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory as future engagements will require you to obtain and maintain a security clearance up to the level of NV1
