In this role you will:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer incidents and requests in line with SLA’s
- Perform basic hardware diagnostics & routine installs, moves, adds and changes
- Apply technical knowledge to effectively analyse and resolve incidents on Windows SOE and iOS devices
- Well-developed knowledge of AD and SCCM issues related to Desktop SOE
- Provide video conferencing assistance and fault finding
- Obtain quotes from vendors and assign equipment to users
- Contribute to documentation and procedures
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a corporate IT environment
- Relevant industry experience and, preferably Microsoft Certifications in Desktop Platforms
- Hardware troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Experience providing IT support to senior executives.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously to achieve the best outcome for the client
- Relevant Tertiary Education desirable
- ITIL certification desirable
- Professionalism and dedication necessary to be successful as a Desktop Analyst
- Strong verbal communications skills essential as is the ability to assist novice and experienced IT users
- Current driver's license and vehicle.
