The Client
Our client within a Federal Government agency is seeking a Front End Developer who is a team player and possess tenacity and grit. This position is based in Canberra.
  
The Role
Your role will require you to work in a team to create highly functional, visually rich interfaces that are both usable and accessible across all common browsers and devices.

To be successful, it's essential to have the following skills and experience.

• JavaScript (including third-party frameworks e.g. jQuery) development skills and a focus on front-end performance
• Rapid prototyping experience using CSS (including CSS3 - particularly media queries) and HTML (including HTML5)
• Experience designing for multiple browsers and devices, and meeting accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.0 AA
• A very good eye for design detail and high standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to aptly articulate design decisions through a well-conceived rationale
• Comfortable working with and influencing multiple stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams in a large, complex environment
