This role will perform business and systems analysis in the project delivery area. Working within the business & technology teams to elicit and capture business and system requirements to support the development and delivery of solutions that provide business value. Support the project through the entirety. The role will also perform with taking on other project delivery tasks, as agreed with the Project Manager, to support feasibility, requirements, solution options, design, testing, implementation and transition.
In this position you will be required to take a lead role in improving the Project through working practically and proactively to:

• Embed & improve the project delivery process and supporting engagement processes
• Facilitate skills and knowledge sharing
• Define and share team standards and practices
• Assist the BA Lead to mentor & coach team members and broader project community
• Pushing the Corporate Strategy and the role of Project Practice in enabling the Corporate Plan
• Identify & raise issues/opportunities impacting stakeholder perceptions of Project Practice
• Market the Project Practice through role modelling project disciplines and business analyst practices and demonstrating value-add of business analysis capability

• Business analysis & other supporting project functions to contribute towards project success measures including scope, time, budget, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Business analysis & other supporting project functions in line with defined project delivery frameworks and in compliance with internal policies
• Effectively managing relationships with internal stakeholders
• Leading collaborative and effective teams
• Improving the efficiency & effectiveness of the Business Analysis Practice
• Improving stakeholder satisfaction with the services of the Business Analysis Practice
