Green Light’s Canberra delivery team is looking for a proactive and skilled Project Support Officer. As a contact for delivering within this high-profile engagement, project review sessions with the business and partners it is imperative that you demonstrate highly developed communication and relationship building skills.


You will demonstrate a strong track record of success in delivering outstanding results and meeting critical timeframes. You will possess strong experience working in a similar role.


Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the project in the following areas:
  • Support with the project acquisition phases and individual procurement processes and activities
  • General administration
  • Secretariat support including coordination of meetings, preparation and distribution of minutes, managing action items from meetings
  • Risk and issue registration, management and status reporting
  • Financial management.
• Support to the Project Management team
• Liaise with vendors and key stakeholders
• Produce project plans and status reports

 
Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Support Officer or a similar role.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to produce clear, accurate and timely reports, documentation and correspondence.
• Experience in a Government environment is desirable.
• NV1 clearance will be highly regarded.
