Surrounded, clearly by a team of high achievers and technology passionate individuals all cultivated in the broth of agile, you will be stepping into a role reporting directly to the CTO.
In addition to the core responsibilities of the role, you will also be responsible for uplifting the capabilities from a strategic / optimization point of view.. You will have full responsibility and autonomy to run your team and projects end to end, with a full allocation of trust and confidence entrusted upon you.
You will need to have:
- A deep background (if we had to put a number on it - 3+ years) solely as a fully-fledged Product Owner
- Experience in iteration and sprint planning; and conducting retrospectives and sprint reviews;
- Must have come from a software development background, or a related technical arena.
- Excellent requirement gathering, analysis and documentation skills and experience through user stories and story boards;
- Experience working in an online, web or digital environment;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to run workshops and inspire and lead people.
