The Role

  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Liaise with internal technician teams, external vendors and the clients to ensure effective and smooth delivery of client projects.
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants internal and external
  • Provide detailed information to internal and external customers
  • Organise and prioritise based on customer needs
  • Ensure the clients needs are met as projects evolve
  • Be the point of contact for the customer by providing phone support
  • Maintain client relationships

 

The Candidate

  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Excellent client service ethic and approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • A sound understanding of business operations
  • Driven and motivated to succeed
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Project coordinator experience desired
  • Strong customer service experience
