Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Installing, configuring and testing phone systems for our clients
- Providing education and instruction on the effective use of new phone systems
- Servicing of CCTV systems (training to be provided)
- Servicing Sydney and surrounding areas
- Working closely and collaboratively with our Operations team
Skills and experience
- Previous experience with NEC and Panasonic telephone systems preferred (will consider other systems)
- Knowledge of IP Systems and SIP trunks/SIP environments
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively particularly with non-technical clients
- A warm yet professional phone manner with a genuine customer service focus.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills at all levels of business
- Full open license
- Be rigorous in daily maintenance tasks
