WHAT'S ON OFFER?
 
Fujitsu is seeking a highly motivated and effective ITSM Risk Manager to work within a dynamic customer service focussed team on a permenant full time basis. The ITSM Risk Manager will assist our client establish a Risk Management Framework for the Service Management. They will be accountable and responsible for the management of Risk, Risk integration across the Service Towers and Risk Reporting on behalf of the customer.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review in conjunction with the client the performance of ITSM processes (Specifically with regards to Risk Management).
  • Management of the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver and support assigned services and products to meet the needs of a business.
  • Preparation for new or changed services, management of the change process and the maintenance of regulatory, legal and professional standards.
  • Management of performance of assigned systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance.
  • Development of continual service improvement plans to ensure their assigned services and products adequately support business needs.
  • Ensure that operational problems are identified and resolved.
  • Provide appropriate status and other reports to specialists, users and managers.
  • Ensures that operational procedures and working practices are fit for purpose and current.
  • Identifies and manages resources needed for the planning, development and delivery of assigned services and products.
  • Influences senior level customers and project teams through change management initiatives, ensuring that professional standards are maintained.
  • Plans and manages implementation of processes and procedures, tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the performance of assigned services and products, in respect of their contribution to business performance and benefits to the business, where the measure of success depends on achieving clearly stated business/financial goals and performance targets.
  • Monitors performance and takes corrective action where necessary.
  • Manage the workforce involved in delivering assigned functions.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in the following
  • 5+ years' experience in delivery of support within a large and complex environment of similar scope / scale to Defence;
  • Proven experience in Analysing, designing and Implementing Processes;
  • ITIL Framework experience;
  • Understanding of Project Management/ PM experience (desirable);
  • Understanding of industry frameworks and methodologies such as COBIT, DevOps, Agile, Prince2, SIAM etc.
  • Understanding of Risk Management, Risk Certification (highly desirable).
 
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the security requirements of the role, candidates must be Australian Citizens AND hold an active Australian Federal Government Security Clearance at the NV1 level.
