Role
 
Reporting to the Director of Innovation / Customer Success the core focus of this role will be to ensure that your client base is effectively managed from a service and support perspective.
 
Responsibilities

• First point of contact for your client base - phone/email
• Identify customer needs and advise solutions
• Effectively ticket items and manage through work-flow
• Take a proactive approach to customer engagement
• Keep accurate and up to date records

Experience

• Previous experience in a Customer Support focused role
• Technically savvy and a desire to work with technology
• Strong customer first focus
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
