Job Summary

The role entails the software phone and email support of our significant client base.  The products include the web-based Time and Attendance software and associated integrated hardware clock options. Support tasks may also include problem resolution, usage training,  Employment is full time but part-time will also be considered for the right candidate. 

Responsibilities

  •         Client training;
  •         Help Desk Support;
  •         Maintaining CRM Database - call logging;
  •         Providing regular updates of progress;
  •         Achieving goals and objectives as determined by office management;
  •         Escalating problems in a timely and efficient manner;
  •         Input into maximising process flow;
  •         Documentation of processes/training/hints etc

Minimum Requirements

Ideally you will have:

  •         2 years’ experience as a software help desk consultant
  •         Payroll, Rostering and/or Time & Attendance  user software experience
  • Hardware configuration skills;
  •         Excellent verbal communication and writing skills;
  •         Excellent time management skills;
  •         Sound analytical and problem-solving skills;
  •         Reliable and cooperative team player;
  •         Ability to handle stressful situations and sometimes difficult clients;
  •         Worked or understand the dynamics of a small business environment;

Technical Skills

  •         Microsoft IIS skills (setup of web site application and maintenance)
  •         MS-SQL (SQL Management tool and basic SQL command) experience
  •         All Microsoft-based business needs software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) experience
  •         Windows Server and networking concepts
  •         Remote Access Tools - TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, VPN skills
  •         Have education to Degree Level
