We currently have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst to join our National IT team in our Sydney office, working on a rotating roster. The primary focus of this role is to resolve user IT related problems in a professional and prompt fashion, both through direct helpdesk support and the co-ordination of appropriate internal or external resources.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a First Level Helpdesk role
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware & software
- Experience with installation, configuration and support of PC Hardware and peripherals
- Exposure to server, network and desktop operating systems and protocols
- A strong customer service and team focus
- Exposure to specialised legal solutions & or previous experience in a legal environment is necessary
