About CitiPower & Powercor:

We own and manage the technology - poles, wires, meters and distributed technologies such as storage - that deliver electricity to homes and businesses within Melbourne’s CBD, its suburbs and across central and western Victoria.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is now available in our IT business unit to lead and take ownership of the integration of technology across our entire Workplace domain. This role has huge opportunity and scope to manage the high level design, work as the full design authority across projects with the aim to deliver business processes, systems and infrastructure capability for this domain.
Reporting to the Manager of Workplace Technology, and working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, the Integration Lead - Workplace will analyse business requirements and identify appropriate solution options within given cost and timeframes.
Other key duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Workplace domain project teams, and internal and external stakeholders to analyse, establish and gain support for integration strategy and plans
- Design, build and estimate integration component adhering to processes and procedures whilst ensuring compliance
- Manage projects within time, scope, cost and ensure responsibility for the satisfactory facilitation and implementation
- Ensure stakeholder engagement plans, communication and reporting are adhered to, defining roles and responsibilities ensuring key stakeholders across the business are understanding of plans and strategies
- Focus on continual improvement initiatives and track performance indicators in order to lead and improve efficiency and performance
Required skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field or business related discipline preferred
- Experience working within an Agile environment or Development Opportunity experience is highly desirable
- Strong demonstrated experience in technical integration experience in similar environment
- Certifications and/or experience in application of ITIL and COBIT frameworks advantageous
- Strong experience with SAP, cloud-based systems and API design
- Experience in Oracle Fusion, webMethods desirable
- Some architectural experience an advantage
