Kmart is looking to showcase our product offering on the world stage and we are currently embarking on a large scale project to build a platform that will take Kmart into the future. As such we are looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst, to be a part of this Agile digital team primarily concentrating on developing a consistent stream of user stories from stakeholder elicitation. You will be supporting and shaping the creation of a new capability that allows Kmart to scale through technology into new markets.
To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a greenfield environment. As is and To be mapping and eliciting requirements in an agile environment will be second nature to you. Your solid Agile background and experience, coupled with your stakeholder management skills will be second to none.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews, then translate into user stories
- Assist in prioritisation and development of platform and feature roadmap
- Map as-is and to-be processes
- Facilitate business process redesign workshops
- Work closely with development team to estimate and prioritise Agile user stories and assist in management of product backlog
