About you:
Proficiency in project/time management with some experience in Quality Assurance within both corporate and creative industries. This is a very fast paced environment, with frequent campaign changes. A calm and professional manner is essential.
About the role:
The Junior Project Scheduler and QA Analyst is responsible for coordinating projects and tasks within Technology Operations and across the company and assist with onsite escalations.
The Junior Project Scheduler and QA Analyst will work closely with different teams including Technology Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Production.
Your day to day tasks will include:
- Ensure all aspects of tasks within Technology Operations are managed effectively to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Work with, and manage, project resources to meet agreed timelines
- Report project status to the business and key stakeholders
- Manage the efforts of the off-site Project Manager.
- Be the onsite escalation point for all tasks within Technology Operations
- Providing full support to on-site team members within Technology Operations.
- Provide support for the dedicated QA Analyst when required
- Manage innovation, internal and external projects within the company
- Organise documentation and training for projects that may require it
In addition, you will have:
- Ability to manage time effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate proactively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
