My client are one of the largest and most prestigious investment companies globally.  This investment arm of the business manages hundreds of billions of dollars of assets and is considered a house hold name across much of the globe.  An exciting opportunity has become available for IT Technical Support Expert Professional to work on a full time basis within the Sydney office.
 
The role:
This position is a key role for the business and you will be responsible for important support and project focussed work.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support to regional and local staff across APAC.  You will be based out of the Sydney CBD but remotely support a range of offices across Asia.
 
Responsibilities:
Desktop, server and application 1st and 2nd level support
Incident and problem management
Specific project focused initiatives
Risk and control management security administration and implementation
 
Requirements:
Must have 2+ years IT troubleshooting and general IT Support experience
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of virtual desktop environments
Hardware and software exposure
MS office, Outlook, Citrix and Active Directory
