The Senior Change Analyst will work on an Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for creating change management strategies, plans and actions to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibility

• Planning for change: developing communication, engagement, transition and business readiness plans.
• Analysis: undertaking stakeholder, change impact and gap analysis and role and readiness assessment
• Implementing change: implementing communication and engagement action plans; transition and business readiness plans and post-implementation reviews.
• Analysis: undertaking training needs analysis
• Developing: developing materials and updating various media

Key Skills

• 5+ years experience working as a Change Analyst.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in the application of the PROSCI or other Change Management Methodology.
• Experience with Cloud, Oracle or transformation improvement programs in a large complex organization.
• Experience in delivering change analyses and change management plans.
• Preferably experience within Vic Gov
