PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST
6 MONTH CONTRACT WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSIONS
$700 - $800 PER DAY + SUPER

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluation of existing work practices to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and or effectiveness with a focus on end to end process
• Document, test, and submit for approval a set of refined workflows and hand-off points
• Provide the business with capability for the process within a large Transformation environment as a proactive agent within project/program teams, improvement analysis, diagnostics and solutions.
• Lead process design/ improvement of medium and large initiatives to successful outcomes through the use of industry-standard business improvement methodologies
• Lead stakeholder management (impact assessments, running improvement workshops, project planning from process improvement perspective).
• Analyse process qualitative and quantitative data
• Build capability and provide training to users within the Transformation program and to broader business teams.

About You
We're looking for our next superstar with the following skills/experience-

• Six Sigma (or similar lean process) design experience essential
• Strong presentation & workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to understand and explain complex tasks and business processes in a simple manner 
• Experience in delivering projects and managing change
• Strong influence and persuasion skills
• Strong experience in a process management and improvement focused role;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as creativity and the ability to work with abstract concepts;
• Demonstrable understanding of and experience in BPM and BPI concepts, tools and techniques;
• Proven ability to influence, motivate and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness of BPM/ BPI;
• An ability to plan and facilitate effective workshops;
• Strong communication skills;
• An ability to engage in a complex Stakeholder environment.
