MEGT, an award-winning training organisation are currently recruiting for a Business Trainee. Our client has 7 offices across Australia and is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to embrace the role of an Internal Business Trainee in their Greenacre office. With a strong focus on providing excellence in all they do they are an industry leader when it comes to offering their valuable customers innovative, leading edge and reliable security products. With an ever expanding range of products, you can expect to learn how to become a specialist when it comes to intruder alarm systems, keyless access control, intercoms, closed circuit television systems, and much more. You will learn how to present these specialised products to customers in an expert manner.

This role requires you to be multi skilled, and we would like you to have had some experience or knowledge in the following areas:

• Excellent IT skills and have the ability to learn systems and processes specific to this workplace quickly
• Enjoy working with customers, both face to face and over the phone and understand what it means to offer excellent customer service
• Experience working in a customer service environment, where you have dealt with customers from all walks of life
• Have had some experience dealing with administrative and warehousing tasks, such as filling orders, stock takes, receiving and dispatching of goods, dealing with couriers, stock control and much more

As a Business Trainee it is essential that you:

• Reliable and positive attitude
• Work well in a small team environment
• Be physically fit and as you may have to pick/pack merchandise as part of your role
• Are very interested in a long term career with many opportunities on offer
• Possess excellent customer service skills and learn the skill required to be able to demonstrate state of the art Security Products to your customers
• Have a passion for all things technical and a strong desire to know now things work
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Are electronically minded, love the challenge of this particular field
• Have a strong understanding of WHS practices in the workplace
• An organised approach to your work, and are able to multitask as this skill is essential when you work in a customer focussed environment
