Level 2 MSP Engineer
We are currently seeking a Level 2 MSP Engineer to join the technical services team. Ideally, you will already be working in a managed services company with the understanding of a client facing environment where you thrive in the ability to build new key relationships both internally and externally with clients.
A typical day will consist of:
- Providing Level 1 / Level 2 technical support to the managed services clients via telephone, email and remote support tools
- Resolving incidents assigned in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount
- Working as a team to get the job done
Level 2 systems engineer role requirements:
- MSP Support experience
- Connectwise experience
- Exceptional troubleshooting experience
Support experience with the following technologies are needed or desired:
- Windows Desktops in AD environments
- Windows Server 2008 - 2016 - admin/install experience
- Exchange 2013-2016
- Office 365 administration/migration experience
- Active Directory, Group Policy
- General network troubleshooting skills
- Virtualisation experience - Vmware/Hyper V
