We have exciting and challenging opportunities for skilled Business Analysts who are driven and get things done.

About the Role

Due to an increase in project work, we have permanent and contract opportunities for Business Analysts who have a proven track-record in the delivery of quality business and technical requirements.

Working with a collaborative team of passionate and energetic Business Analysts who enjoy being constantly challenged, you will also work with multiple customers to shape business requirements relating to system changes and product direction.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Liaise with customers to elicit and define requirements that align with and support business, user and system needs.
• Assess and document current state
• Work with business and project team to document future state
• Facilitate workshops, engaging internal and external stakeholders, as required
• Collaborate with designers, developers and third-party suppliers to conceptualise, develop and articulate solutions
• Produce functional and non-technical requirements to deliver solutions for both business and IT
• Work in an agile environment to deliver multiple releases to multiple customers
• Lead minor projects, such as following Change Requests through to development and release.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

• At least 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development team, e.g. Scrum or Kanban, particularly on Digital systems
• Strong analytical capability (the ability to extract business requirements, look for business process simplification and challenge the status quo)
• High attention to detail with the focus on seeking effective business and customer outcomes
• Strong requirements elicitation capabilities, including workshop facilitation, including workshop facilitation
• A proven track record of delivering clear and detailed process maps, and quality business and technical requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communications skills
• Confident and experienced working with challenging business stakeholders
• Ability to build rapport with both business and technical people
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

The following will be considered advantageous:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in IT/Business, or similar
• Finance experience
