• 6 months contract role
• CBD location - Public sector
• Windows 10 upgrade

The role
You will be responsible for the assessment of packaged software, to validate and verify that the deployment of software to the desktop results in a solution that is fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Profiling (uplift or create application profiles)
• Preparation of the test environment (hardware and software)
• Design test cases/scripts
• Execute test cases/scripts
• Defect management
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation pertaining to hardware and software

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience working with Windows desktop systems in a large, diverse and distributed environment
• Experience working with Windows 8 and/or 10
• Experience using Microsoft install shield, Admin Studio or Wise
• Administration skills in Microsoft Active Directory.
• Excellent level of customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of ITIL
• Able to write custom action scripts for MSI packaging
• Prior Government experience - highly regarded
