Requirement:
Should have 15+ years of strong project management experience with deep dive experience of handling Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade projects in SAP.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good business process understanding in Finance and Operations.
• Responsible for the overall engagement success
• Ensure cross-stream alignment of project plan
• Manage the resolution of escalated risks and issues, involving the wider group as appropriate and publish project weekly status reports, organize status review meetings with the stake holders
• Manage and co-ordinate the Cognizant delivery as per project plan
• Coordination between Customer and Cognizant Project Team
• Manage administrational activities and compliance for the project team
• Resolve dependencies with stakeholders to align the project on schedule
• Manage relationship with project stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on project requirements and deliverables
• Manage stage gate process for Cognizant related activities in line with Customer process
• Ensure quality of all Cognizant deliverables
• Good knowledge on working with Global customers.
