An experienced Networks Engineer is required for adhoc project work starting this week.
You will have extensive knowledge and experience working as a Network Engineer, working in large complex IT environments. You will need excellent analytical, problem identification and systems resolution skills to be applied in a diverse IT infrastructure.
You will need to possess and demonstrate good people skills, strong communications skills (written and verbal) and sound technical knowledge in the following:
Tasks required to be undertaken by specialised IT engineer with the following skills:
Skill set / Knowledge required:
- CUCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence and Cisco Contact Center Express version 11.5 or higher
- Cisco SIP Endpoints (7841, 8851 and SX series)
- Cisco CUBE configuration (ISR4321)
- Telstra SIP Connect technology
- Networking (Meraki Switching)
- Cisco Expressway MRA and B2B setup
- Cisco UCCX configuration (CCX editor scripting)
Successful candidates will be focused and highly motivated individuals with strong troubleshooting skills and a perfectionists approach to systems engineering.
