The Job
You will be joining an established local team building and supporting our online compliance platform. As a front-end web developer, your day to day job will include:
- Front-end development of our evolving product
- Working with cutting-edge technologies like Angular and AWS
- Working in a friendly and supportive Agile team development environment
- Working closely with in-house designer and product development teams to develop and optimise our customer facing platform
- Work with the designer to provide feedback and implement responsive web designs
- Sharing knowledge and implement front-end optimisation, accessibility and performance enhancements
- Ensuring the website is developed with a focus on SEO
Who are you?
You are a front-end web developer who likes to work with the newest technologies. If you are one of those rare developers comfortable with the full stack then even better!
You have a great sense of humour and like sharing your knowledge with your colleagues.
You must be an Australian citizen or have a permanent residency visa that allows you to work full time in Australia, live in Western Australia and can work from our West Leederville / Perth office. You will be required to get a Police Clearance.
What's required?
- University degree
- Experience developing mobile responsive, accessible and optimally performant UI design
- Experience with Agile development and latest web development frameworks
- Experience in the following tech stack:
- JavaScript
- Front-end framework (Angular preferred (5.x+), but React/Ruby/Vue.js/Knockout.js or any other JavaScript framework knowledge would be a good start)
- HTML5
- CSS/LESS/SASS

- TypeScript
- .NET MVC and Razor
- jQuery
- Webpack and Node Package Management (NPM)
- SEO and analytics tracking
- C# and .NET / .NET core
- .NET API development
- Event-driven frameworks
