The role
This is a great role for a Resource Manager to work for a large CBD based telecommunications organisation.
You will be tasked with:
• Anticipate & identify future demand and ensure this is captured in the WFM tools.
• Manage the quality and accuracy of all resource requests by ensuring they contain:
o Resource Request details
o Work Code Skill Set
o Project/Role duration
o Start and end dates
• Ensure that demand is entered into the appropriate WFM tools.
• Ensure appropriately skilled resources are supplied against the demand in WFM tools.
• Generate accurate reports on supply and demand when required.
• Meet with stakeholders, review “Pipeline”, ensure knowledge of all roles & assign resources.
• Utilise appropriate WFM tools to produce reports.
Who you are
You will have the following skills/experience
• 5 years’ experience as a Resource/Workforce Manager
• Deep knowledge of demand planning principles, approaches, techniques and tools
• Relevant understanding of capabilities required to deliver large & complex scale IT projects.
• Experienced in senior stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to a large size resource pool across multiple skillsets and locations
• Experience using WFM software (scheduling, tracking & reporting)
