The company

This Pre IPO US HQ’d company is making waves in the Identity Management Space with a unique product offering that has distinguished itself in the market against its competitors. With a well-established international team, they are now looking to expand in ANZ specifically, after serious success across APAC. Although a young company, they boast a customer portfolio of more than 2000 customers worldwide and are geared to double their workforce worldwide over the next 18 months.

They are currently looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join the team in Sydney.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve and/or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Create, drive and manage pipeline opportunities from prospect to closure.
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge to build a true value-adding consultative approach.
  • Understand prospect requirements and position the solution to solve key problems and pain points.


This is a classic Mid-Market Account Executive role, reporting directly to the APAC VP. Managing an individual sales budget, the role will primarily focus on hunting for new business, via outbound selling with the potential to morph into a true enterprise sales role over time.

You
You are an ambitious Account Executive, BDM, or IT Salesperson with savvy business acumen and solid technology understanding. Specifically, you’ll have:

  • Strong experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Background in SaaS. Cloud or Security Sales.
  • A proven track record in generating new business with a true hunter’s mentality.
  • Experience in generating, pursuing and closing new business.
