Cognizant is hiring Big Data Program Manager position in Sydney

Responsibilities: 

• Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;
• Defining the program governance (controls);
• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;
• Managing the program’s budget;
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measures;
• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies;
• Driving program functional leads to deliver solutions from concept phase to implementation
• Ability to drive architects, engineers and delivery leads from solution design to implementation
• Resource efforts optimization, ability to load resources across strength areas and multiple streams to drive high productive efforts
• Managing stakeholders’ & program communications;
• Aligning project stream deliverables to the program’s vision. 
• Managing the main program documentations such as the program charter, planning, RAID etc. 

Mandatory Skills: 

• 10+ Years of IT Experience
• Experience in implementing large DWH systems or IM transformation projects - from conceptual to implementation
• Cloud Data Warehouse and/or Data Lakes (Google Cloud experience highly desirable)
• Experience with Big Data Technologies & frameworks
• Familiarity with CICD

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Experience in Waterfall Project Management. 
• Experience building program pipelines & managing financials.
