Where you will be working...This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading design firms in their Brisbane office. 

Do you have what it takes...They are looking for a passionate IT Support Technician that can support end users with everyday IT challenges with all things IT.  You will need to have a solid customer support background, with infinite patience and a love for problem-solving.  Your calm demeanor working with people with little or no technical knowledge is essential for this role, as will your ability to get the problem solved!

We are keen to hear from candidates who can tick these boxes:

• Help to maintain and troubleshoot PC operating systems 
• Assist in troubleshooting systems and liaise with external technical support where required.
• Upgrades and improvements are proactively considered
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of office connectivity including email and web pages.
• Assist with the back up of data and emails
• Have a working knowledge of servers and the required system maintenance
• Tertiary qualification in IT and sound knowledge of IT software
• Working knowledge of systems and a network environment
