The Role
Jason Windows is seeking a full-time Level 1 Software Developer to support and extend its existing Pronto ERP team's capabilities. You will employ solid development standards and leverage environment-leading development methodologies to undertake hands-on Pronto 4GL development interfaced to Cognos BI functionality. Your role will be providing first line support for our Pronto ERP system and working as part of a project team to deliver functionality enhancements and system integration using API libraries.

Current projects include web-based integration and mobile deployment to support the business strategies. You will be exposed to diverse business systems that will grow your analysis, design and communication skills.

Required Experience

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• We will consider outstanding Graduates, however ideally someone with 3 years’ work expereince within an ICT capacity in a Pronto environment, or similar (SAP, Dynamics, Epicor).
• Understanding of core ERP business functions.
• Inventory/Sales/Purchasing/GL).
• Systems integration using RESTful API \ XML \ JSON.
• Cognos Business Intelligence report development, or similar (Business Objects/PowerBI).
• Business Process Management workflow design and implementation.
• Moderate Unix user capabilities.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in an Agile \ ITIL environment.
• Database design and software fundamentals exposure.
• ERP experience (i.e. Pronto, SAP, Epicor, JD Edwards, Syspro, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Exposure to Vbscript.
• Full Pronto Customisation Stack (Trueforms/Screen Customiser/Pronto Connect)
• Linux \ Unix system administration.
• Exposure to Informix IDS database structures and toolsets (OAT).
