As a growing Cloud and managed services company in Melbourne, we are looking for a positive and motivated IT support engineer to join our team.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be involved responsible for delivering day-to-day to our key corporate clients.

Skills and Experience

1. To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have a positive demeanour;
  • Have a good sense of humour and character;
  • Demonstrate that you can de-escalate high pressure situations; and
  • Be hungry to learn.

2. You must be able to resolve 95% of 2nd level support issues across the entire technology stack, including:

  • Windows desktops and servers;
  • All common services such as AD/DNS;
  • Networking problems with wired and wireless networks;
  • AWS infrastructure;
  • Office 365 including SharePoint and Exchange;
  • Commonly used line of business applications; and
  • All commonly deployed hardware, storage and hypervisors.

3. Most important of all, you must demonstrate that you have exceptional troubleshooting skills and reasoned thinking.
