As the Manager ICT Project Services the primary role is to manage the ICT Project Services business unit. This includes the:

• Provision of Project Management services for both technical and non-technical business projects.
  
• Provision of Business Intelligence and Integration services.
  
• Provision of ICT Business Analysis and Testing services.
  
• Development, implementation, refinement and management of ICT Programs, both OPEX and CAPEX.
  
• Development, implementation, refinement and management of the Adapt IT program.
  
• Support the development and refinement of the ICT Strategic direction.
  

To be successful in this role you will have:
 
Essential

• Tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology related bachelor degree
  
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, motivate and develop a team of achievement focused people
• Extensive experience as an ICT Program or Portfolio Manager delivering strong outcomes across a range of portfolios/programs/projects in an AGILE project delivery environment
  
• Extensive portfolio, program and project planning experience with highly developed strategy development and planning skills
  
• Demonstrated high level of oral and written communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on building strong working relationships and involving others in identifying issues and solution.
  
• Superior leadership, motivational and facilitation skills to provide direction on improved ICT operational performance
  
• Highly developed organisational skills, demonstrated through the ability to manage a range of conflicting priorities whilst delivering on key milestones and maintaining stakeholder engagement
  
• Demonstrated initiative and creative aptitude with proven ability to manage a range of cross-functional programs and define business parameters and control systems
  
• Demonstrated skills with Microsoft products such as Project, Visio, Office and Share point
  

Desirable

• Program Management of a Portfolio in excess of $10m.
• Working experience and/ or Project management within a government environment
• Certified PRINCE 2 practitioner.
• ITIL Service Management Foundation Certification, or ITIL Practitioner Certificate - Support and Restore (IPSR), or ITIL Service Manager Certificate

This role will be will be paid a salary package (including 9.5% super) up to $160,000 commensurate with experience.
