I am currently looking for two Project Managers with experience in Cyber Security delivery within Cyber and experience in managed service transition to manage the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Security projects ensuring alignment with the business and ICT security strategy, commitments and goals. These projects will all, to some extent and to varying degrees, have impacts in other areas of the business that ICT serves.
Senior PM 1:

• Identity access
• Work with consultants
• Gather requirements
• Build Strategy
• Controlled only to University wide useability
• Technical and business experience
• Life cycle management
• Reporting to Security Program Manager

Senior PM 2:

• Worked in Cyber Security
• Infrastructure
• Techs/vulnerability/identity access
• Procurement experience
• Construct negotiations
• Work with vendor to implementation
• Phase 1 already finalised
• Work with Security Consultants (x3 who they're also hiring)
• Tendering
• Maybe more than 1 or 2 vendors
• Transition of services
• Reporting to Security Program Manager

Skills/techniques:

• Demonstrated knowledge project management principles, practices and practical application.
• A high standard of both written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management. A demonstrated ability to manage resources and deliver a high quality of work Comprehensive understanding of and adherence to standard IT industry project management methodologies.
• Excellent time management. A sense of urgency and ability to prioritise, and escalate when necessary.
• Proven ability to manage the operational and process documentation related to project management.
• Demonstrable track record of managing traffic and workflow within project teams through the effective scheduling of resources and
• regular reporting to management.
• Demonstrated expertise and proven ability to plan, manage and implement projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate team members, help negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts and deliver solutions to the business.
