UX Researcher sought to join one of Australias leading big 4 banks on a full time permanent basis $140K, CBD location.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including experience integrating user research into design and product development lifecycle.
• Must understand user experience design principles and best practices.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with the API and developer space.
• Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, with a specific understanding of iterative design and usability testing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing UX research & usability testing
• Presentation of insights, pain points and opportunities
• Lead (under direction of Program Research Lead) and work with other UX researchers to reveal, understand and socialise pain points and opportunities including the creation of solution options
• Work with Program Research Lead and UX Designers on the above 
• Be coached and mentored by the Program Research Lead.
