The Company
One of Australia's largest financial institutions is looking for an End User Support Specialist. Based in the Sydney CBD in State of the Art Offices.
The Role
For this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 2/3 Support to the internal staff. The requests will be made using their internal ticketing system and over the phone. You will be required to spread your time across Projects and BAU activities.
The Requirements
For this role, you need to have experience with the following;
- Hands-on experience in a Level 2/3 Support Position
- Commercial experience in a Windows 10 environment
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Cisco Telephony
- Experience with Azure will be highly regarded
- Must be currently in Sydney with full working rights
For this permanent opportunity, they are offering circa $110k for the right candidate.
