I am looking for 1 x Full Stack Engineer and 1 x Front End Engineer.
My client is an exciting, vibrant, energetic and progressive company employing over 2000 staff nationally. They deliver entertainment solutions with the ability to reach 95% of Australian’s through Radio, TV and Digital channels. Based in the heart of the CBD they have modern offices with huge balconies overlooking the city, great for BBQs and beers with the team.
Its an awesome project moving their websites into a personalised audio player based website. The technical stack has been evaluated to be React.js on a node.js backend.
Skills:
- 5+ years minimum experience in developing consumer based websites and web applications
- Exceptional knowledge and experience with vanilla JavaScript
- 3+ years' proven career history working as a Full Stack Developer
- 2+ years' proven experience in developing Single Page Applications (SPAs)
- 1+ years' experience in developing isomorphic JavaScript applications using Node.js / React.js
- 1+ years' proven minimum experience in React.js and beneficial to have Redux, React-Router experience
- Lead by example with code quality, best practice and software development design patterns and architecture patterns such as Flux
- Essential to have experience with TypeScript or other static type checkers such as Facebooks Flow
- Essential to have a strong proven experience with JavaScript Unit Testing frameworks & test runners such as Karma, Jasmine, Mocha & Jest
- Knowledge and experience with frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Browserify, Gulp, NPM, Bower, Yarn
- Extensive Responsive Web Design (RWD) experience developing for mobile first websites
- Passion for web development, desire to explore current trends, standards and tools used by bleeding edge web software teams
