About the role

What are your Responsibilities:

• Gathering & understanding change requirements from the customers.
• Drafting Business Requirement Documentation for project specifications.
• Develop a critical understanding of clients' processes and systems
• Act as liaison with product developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Communicate business requirement specifications to the development team and work with them to scope feasibility of required change; communicate the same to customers.
• Participate in the User Acceptance Testing for various updates in Gensuite applications
• Provide Application Specific training to Gensuite subscribers
• Troubleshoot / escalate the user inquiries timely via email, phone or other tracking tools
• Participate in other ad-hoc customer support and service delivery activities as needed by the role

Qualification:

• You should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area. It will be ideal if you also have proven knowledge or formal qualifications in EHS.

Skills and experience

• Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of prior relevant work experience as an ABA, highly desired
• It's a customer oriented role and your written and verbal communication skills are expected to be impeccable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working with cloud solutions will be an added advantage
• Experience working with MS Access, SQL Server, etc., highly desired
