Fujitsu has commenced a transformation program that encompasses the 5 strategic pillars and 6 programs of work. This role is to lead the change management activities across all transformation programs to provide the best possible outcome for the business, employees and Customers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the change management activities for 6 transformation programs
    • Develop change plans for each of the programs to manage resistance and ensure business readiness
    • Oversee the work of Change Specialists
    • Integrate change management activities into business project plans
    • Provide "hands on' change management support for organisational restructuring
  • Build organisational change management capability
    • Effective change mentoring and coaching
    • Embed change management framework
    • Design integrated talent and development solutions to increase change leadership capability
What We Value
  • Degree or post graduate qualification in relevant field e.g. Psychology
  • Extensive organisational change management experience
  • Proven experience in building relationships, influencing and coaching at senior levels
  • Highly effective consultancy skills with proven success in achieving business objectives
  • Experience working in a complex enterprise environment
    • Ability to think strategically and tactically, translate complexity to simplicity
    • Apply problem solving to develop practical business solutions
  • Leadership & Coaching
    • Build and lead a high performing, engaged team with a focus on delivering results
    • Experience in building and managing highly effective working relationships (internal and external)
    • Effectively lead and manage change impacts of business initiatives whilst coaching and building change leadership capability in others
  • Highly developed presentation, facilitation and communication skills
  • Good understanding of change principles (Prosci, Agile, Lean...), Resistance Management and Business Readiness
