This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to work with a leading Telecommunications company based in Brisbane. You will be a part of a well-established and high performing team, providing support to the Senior Project Managers.

Future Responsibilities:

• Ensures data consistency and supports data entry collection in relevant tools
• Is responsible for reporting, information and data sharing for the project team and relevant stakeholder teams (e.g. Logistics, F&C)
• Participates to project documentation processes for the relevant parts, e.g. Manages Project Documentation libraries
• Assist with project governance as per Project Manager's requirements  
• Arrange Subcontractor and track payments according to Project Manager's approvals

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Prior knowledge of the telecommunications industry is advantageous 
• Previous experience supporting senior management in the delivery of projects
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Must be comfortable with MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, etc)
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
