This is a great opportunity for a talented DevOps/Automation/Release Engineer with a passion for innovation who enjoys using technology to automate solutions and optimize outcomes, implementing continuous integration and deployment in a challenging and fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD design and bulild
- Analyse technology options/feasibility; define the build, delivery, and deployment pipeline
- Provide leadership in implementing a secure, robust and high availability DevOps pipeline
- Automate build & deployment processes
- Cloud migrations with AWS
- Docker containerisation
- Puppet/Ansible configuration management
- Work closely with developers and testers to improve release engineering
- Coordinate development, test, staging, production environments
- Providing guidance and oversight to various development teams to ensure that solutions and technologies interoperate.
- Agile environment
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years demonstrable experience in DevOps
- Expert knowledge and experience with software version control systems: SVN, GIT branching
- Working knowledge of containerisation (Docker)
- Experience maintaining automated build systems such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Teamcity, Octopus
- Experience maintaining large clusters using configuration tools such as: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Salt
- Highly skilled at implementing Continuous Integration and Delivery processes in large engineering teams
- Hands-on in scripting languages, Python, Bash
- Experience in test frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG and integrating test automation into Devops pipeline
- Linux O/S
