We are looking for someone to join our nuAdvisory team in the position of Project Lead on one of our key government client sites in Darwin to work on the Electronic Medications Management (EMM) Project within the Core Clinical Systems Renewal Program (CCSRP).

This is a 12-month contract located in the Darwin CBD, and will require travel to other locations in and around NT.

We are looking for a Project Lead who will be accountable for managing and delivering to scope, budget and agreed timeframes the EMM project within the CCSRP. The EMM project is an adjunct project to the CCSRP and will be managed as a stream of the Core Clinical Systems (CCS) project.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A track record in delivering transformative Information Communication Technology (ICT) projects in a complex health care setting.
  • The ability to quickly analyse and understand complex health information, business processes and concepts.
  • Proven ability to deliver outcomes in electronic medical record, electronic medications management or other clinical information system implementation projects.
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to be adaptable and flexible with experience in dealing effectively with competing priorities.
  • The ability to provide leadership of project resources to engage key staff, stakeholders and vendors to deliver the required ICT enabled business outcomes.
  • A track record in providing leadership in matters of governance and probity, strategic and business planning, resolving complex risks and issues and the successful delivery of agreed business priorities and objectives.
  • Excellent liaison skills, in particular, the ability to negotiate with people across business areas, functions and organisations to gain agreement to proposals and ideas and clarify work requirements and expectations to achieve high quality outcomes.
  • The ability to build, manage and lead a high performance, multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, customer focused outcomes.
  • The ability to effectively support change management to integrate new ICT capabilities with organisation transformation needs.

 Candidates will need to Deliver:

  • Project documentation in alignment with the program’s project management framework.
  • Project status reporting in alignment with the CCSRP reporting cycle and requirements.
  • All defined outcomes, to be completed within the term of the contract unless otherwise agreed.

Candidates will need to demonstrate Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
