This leading Australian financial services organisation is undertaking a strategic program to change the types of data and the way investment data enters the organisation, how it is processed and delivered to their investment manager and they are looking for an experienced Business Change Analyst with experience in Data Governance and organisational change to join their team.
Working in the Operations Process Design stream of the project this role is extremely important to the success of the program and specific tasks include:
- developing business processes and standing up the data governance framework within the business;
- defining governance role descriptions and responsibilities
- designing and mapping business data governance processes;
- working with business stakeholders to assist in explaining the role of governance within the organisation, and;
- assisting in mapping and documenting service models throughout the lifecycle of the investment data process.
To qualify you will be able to deomonstrate:
- Strong experience as a Business and/or Change Analyst in financial services;
- Strong knowledge and experience with business data governance frameworks and processes;
- Strong business process mapping and change analysis knowledge and experience;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, extremely busy project environment;
- Knowledge and experience with Service Model definition would be highly regarded, as would experience in investment or funds management.
