About the Role

This role will see you provide exceptional, pro-active support to end-users in our custom built EDDI System. Primarily you will be responsible for providing triage and level 1 and 2 support for all incoming requests, escalate and follow up SR's requiring level 2+ support as well as setting up and maintaining data, metadata and user records. This role will also see the successful applicant facilitating training sessions for internal and external agencies.

This role is full-time for a fixed term until July 2020.

About You

Possessing the appropriate ICT helpdesk and application support experience, you will be a critical thinker with exceptional problem solving skills. You will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to provide a high level of support in an extremely agile and fast paced environment.
