Our federal government client needs an Operations/Helpdesk Officer/Manager to Manage sensitive, difficult and unusual problems and ensure the smooth operation of activities.
Experience needed:
- Managing and/or supervising help-desks
- Assessing financial stability, governance arrangements
- Assessment of case studies, references and documentation
- Management of stakeholders - internal/external to government
- Managing sensitive, difficult and unusual problems
This role is in a Commonwealth Government environment hence the client is limited to accepting Australian Citizenship only. Additionally, a current security clearance is mandatory for this position.
